A button, not a pasted URL
Your link arrives as a button under the message, easier to tap than a web address in a block of text. With the follower check or the reminder on, they tap once to get it.
Auto DM · Comment to DM
Someone comments on your Instagram or Facebook post, and RobinReach sends them your message with the link as a button. Ask them to follow you first, remind anyone who doesn't open it, and see how many did.

Open linkInstagram shows buttons in its mobile app. On a computer, people see the message text.
On Instagram, replies to other comments count too.
A comment is someone raising their hand. Now you can hand them the link.
Set it up once. It watches every new comment and does the rest.
Connect the Instagram account or Facebook Page to automate. Instagram accounts connected before Auto DM existed reconnect once to allow DMs.
Pick up to 25 trigger words, or let any comment start it. Send the DM right away, or a few minutes later so it feels written by hand.
Your link arrives as a button. On Instagram, people can be asked to follow you before they get it, and anyone who doesn't open it gets one reminder.
Every automation counts the DMs it sent and, with the follower check or the reminder on, who got the link and who opened it. Each DM is a real thread in your Instagram or Facebook inbox, so you can keep talking.
Fast, forgiving with spelling, careful not to spam anyone, and smart about who gets the link.
Your link arrives as a button under the message, easier to tap than a web address in a block of text. With the follower check or the reminder on, they tap once to get it.
On Instagram, RobinReach checks that someone follows you before the link goes out, and asks them to follow first if they don't.
If someone got the link but didn't open it, they get one nudge, 15 minutes to 23 hours later. Anyone who opened it hears nothing more.
Send the DM the moment they comment, or wait from a minute up to 24 hours so it doesn't feel automatic.
Every automation shows the DMs it sent. With the follower check or the reminder on, you also see who got the link and who opened it.
Use trigger words for one offer, or answer every comment on the account with a single automation.
One trigger word covers its plural and its tense. Not case sensitive, punctuation ignored.
Someone who comments five times still gets one DM from each automation, even while a delayed DM is waiting.
The public reply shows other people you answered, which invites more comments, without repeating the DM.
Ask Claude or ChatGPT to set up, edit or pause an automation through RobinReach, link button, follower check and reminder included.
The gap between someone asking and you answering is where interest quietly disappears.

Yes. Choose A link and your message arrives with a button under it that opens your page. You can change the button text, up to 20 characters. Instagram shows buttons in its mobile app, so people reading on a computer see the message text without the button.
On Instagram, yes. Turn on Only send it to followers. The DM then comes with a button, and when they tap it RobinReach checks that they follow you. If they don't, they're asked to follow first and tap again. If Instagram can't confirm either way, the link goes out, so a real follower is never left waiting. Facebook doesn't let apps check who follows a Page, so this is Instagram only.
It sends one more message to people who got your link but didn't open it, 15 minutes to 23 hours later, inside the 24 hours Instagram and Facebook allow for it. Anyone who opened the link gets nothing more.
Yes. Send it right away, or from 1 minute up to 24 hours after the comment. A short wait can make the message feel less automatic.
Yes. Choose Anything instead of trigger words, and everyone who comments gets the DM, still once per person.
No. Each automation sends its message to a person once, however many times they comment, even if they comment again while a delayed DM is waiting.
On Facebook, no: only top level comments on your post trigger an automation, so conversations between other people stay quiet. On Instagram, replies inside a thread count too.
A single trigger word also matches its plural and other endings, so guide catches guides and guiding. Phrases of two or more words match as written. Matching ignores capitals and punctuation.
Yes. Every automation shows the DMs it sent. When it uses the follower check or the reminder, it also shows how many people got the link and how many opened it.
