Getting started

3 prompts

See what is on my account

#

Your first message after connecting.

Give me a quick tour of my RobinReach account: which brands I have, which social profiles are connected to each one, my plan limits and what I have used this month. If I have more than one brand, ask me which one to work in before you change anything.

Teach it my brand voice

#

Once per brand. It remembers afterwards.

Learn how my brand writes. Study my past posts and tell me what you found: tone, typical length, how often I use emoji and hashtags, and how I usually open and close a post. Then write one sample post in that voice so I can check you got it right.

I have not posted anything yet

#

Brand new account with no history to learn from.

My account is new, so there are no past posts to learn from. Ask me a few questions about my business and how I want to sound, write three sample posts in that voice, and once I tell you which one feels right, save that as my brand voice.

Everyday posting

5 prompts

Write and schedule one post

#

The everyday one.

Write a post about {TOPIC} for {PLATFORM}. Use my brand voice and stay inside the character limit. Suggest the best time to publish based on my audience data, show me the draft and the proposed time, and wait for my yes before scheduling.

One idea, tailored to every platform

#

Instead of copying the same text everywhere.

Take this idea: {IDEA}. Write a separate version for each of my connected platforms, tailored to what each one actually rewards rather than the same text pasted across all of them. Show them side by side with character counts, then schedule the ones I approve.

Write a post around an image

#

When the picture comes first.

Look in my media library for images in the {FOLDER} folder. Actually view them rather than guessing from the filenames. Pick the three strongest, write a caption for each in my brand voice, and show me before scheduling anything.

Publish something right now

#

Time sensitive. Read the confirmation carefully.

Write a short post about {TOPIC} and publish it immediately to {PLATFORM}. Show me the exact copy and every account it will go to, and do not publish until I confirm.

Fix a post that failed

#

When something did not go out.

Check the status of my recent posts and find any that failed. For each one, tell me which platform rejected it, why, and what needs to change. Fix the ones you can, show me the corrected version, and reschedule once I approve.

Planning

5 prompts

Plan my week

#

Monday morning.

Plan my content for the next seven days. Check my content pillars and keep to that mix, look at which days are empty, and use my best posting times. Show me the full plan as a table before you create anything.

Fill the empty days

#

When the calendar has holes.

Look at my calendar for the next two weeks and find the days with nothing scheduled. Suggest one post for each gap that fits my pillars and my voice. Show me the list, then create the ones I pick as drafts.

Decide what I should be posting about

#

When there is no strategy yet.

Help me define my content pillars. Ask me about my business and my customers, suggest a percentage mix across a few themes, and save it once I agree so future planning follows it.

Build a campaign

#

Launches, promotions, events.

Build a {NUMBER} post campaign for {CAMPAIGN}. Put the label {LABEL} on every post so I can pull them up as a set later. Spread them across {DATE RANGE} at my best times, tailor each one to its platform, and show me everything before you create it.

Turn one thing into a month

#

You have a big piece of content already.

Here is {ARTICLE, VIDEO OR LAUNCH}. Break it into a month of posts that each stand on their own rather than repeating the same summary. Vary the angle and the format, spread them out, and save the best ones as a template I can reuse.

Voice and quality

3 prompts

Correct the voice, permanently

#

The moment a draft sounds wrong.

That draft was not right: {WHAT WAS WRONG}. Remember that for next time so I do not have to say it again, then rewrite it.

Make it sound less like AI

#

When the copy feels generic.

This reads like it was written by a machine: {PASTE THE DRAFT}. Rewrite it the way I actually write, based on my past posts. Cut anything that sounds like filler, keep the specific details, and do not add hashtags I would not use.

Check it before it goes out

#

Before scheduling anything important.

Check this post against the rules for every platform I am sending it to: {PASTE THE POST}. Tell me what would be rejected and why, what is close to the character limit, and what you would change. Do not schedule it, just review it.

Results

3 prompts

How did this week go?

#

Friday, or whenever someone asks.

Give me this week's performance compared with last week: posts published, engagement and reach. Tell me what changed, what worked and what I should do differently next week. Plain language please, not a dashboard dump.

Find the pattern in what works

#

Monthly, to steer the next batch.

Show me my best performing posts from the last 30 days. Look for what they have in common: format, length, timing, topic, whether they had an image. Then write me three new posts built on that pattern.

How did this one do?

#

After a post you cared about.

Pull the numbers for the post about {TOPIC} across every platform it went out on. Tell me where it did best, where it did not land, and whether it beat my usual.

Comments

2 prompts

Clear my comment inbox

#

Daily, in one pass.

Check my comment inbox. Summarise what is waiting, flag anything that needs a real person rather than a reply from me, and draft responses in my brand voice for the rest. Show me every reply before you send it.

Handle a difficult comment

#

Complaints and criticism.

Someone left this comment: {PASTE THE COMMENT}. Draft a reply that takes it seriously, does not get defensive and moves the conversation somewhere useful. Give me two options, one warmer and one more formal, and do not send either until I choose.

Automation

4 prompts

Post my blog automatically

#

Set up once, runs forever.

Set up my blog feed at {FEED URL} to post automatically to {PLATFORMS}. Post at most {NUMBER} items per check, use my preferred posting times rather than firing them out instantly, and show me the settings before you save them.

Push content to my other channels

#

One channel leads, the rest follow.

Set up repurposing so what I publish on {SOURCE} automatically goes out to {DESTINATIONS}. Show me which of my profiles can be used as a source first, then walk me through the settings before saving.

Turn an article into posts

#

Any link worth sharing more than once.

Turn this article into posts: {URL}. Check the language matches what I want before you write, then validate each draft against the rules of the platform it is going to and fix anything that would be rejected. Show me the finished drafts before scheduling.

Post my products

#

Shopify, Etsy or WooCommerce connected.

Pull my products from my connected store and turn them into draft posts. Write each one in my brand voice with the product as the focus rather than a plain listing, and show me the drafts before anything is scheduled.

Client work

4 prompts

Onboard a new client

#

Day one, before you touch their accounts.

I am onboarding a new client, {CLIENT}. Create a connect link so they can attach their own social accounts without sending me their passwords. Give me the link and remind me that it is only shown once.

Let the client approve posts

#

Clients who want the final say.

Create an approval link for {CLIENT} so they can review and approve or reject pending posts without needing an account. Then explain how the approval flow will look from their side so I can brief them.

Switch clients without mixing them up

#

Every single time you change client.

I want to work on {CLIENT} now. Switch to that brand, re-read its voice and settings rather than reusing the last one, and tell me which brand you are in before we do anything else.

Monthly client report

#

End of month, ready to send.

Put together a monthly report for {CLIENT}: what we published, how it performed against last month, the best posts and three recommendations for next month. Write it for the client to read, not for me.

Just getting it done

3 prompts

I do not know what to post

#

The blank page problem.

I run {BUSINESS}. I am not sure what to post. Ask me a few questions about my customers and what I sell, then suggest a week of posts that would actually bring people in. Keep it simple, I am not a marketer.

Make me consistent

#

When you keep forgetting to post.

I keep forgetting to post. Set me up so it mostly runs itself: work out my best times, suggest a weekly rhythm I can realistically keep, and create the first two weeks as drafts I can approve in one go.

Catch me up

#

After time away.

I have been away for {HOW LONG}. Tell me what went out while I was gone, how it did, what is still scheduled, and anything waiting on me in the comments. Then tell me the one thing I should do first.

Getting better answers

Five habits that separate an assistant that guesses from one that gets it right.

Say which brand you meanIf you manage more than one, name it. Each brand has its own voice, timezone and connected accounts, and the wrong one is the most common reason a post ends up somewhere unexpected.
Ask to see it firstAdding "show me before you schedule" to any prompt gives you a checkpoint. For anything that publishes immediately, insist on it.
Correct the voice onceWhen a draft is wrong, say what was wrong and ask it to remember. That correction is saved against your brand, so you should not have to give it twice.
Ask for versions, not copiesOne body pasted to six platforms performs worse than six tailored ones. Say "tailored to each platform" and you will get proper versions.
Check your language settingContent is written in the language saved on your brand. If you chat in English but drafts come back in another language, that setting is why.
Skip all five Install the RobinReach skill and your assistant already knows every one of these, plus the rules of each platform. Get the skill
