Sign-off that moves the work forward, not sideways

No more “approved in Slack, forgot to schedule”. Approving a post schedules it, and sending one back puts your note in the writer's inbox. Pick an answer to follow the post.

  • You choose who signs off. Turn on “Can approve posts” per person. Admins and approvers schedule directly; everyone else sends for review.
  • Nobody chases anybody. Approvers hear when something is waiting, writers hear the answer, notes included.
  • Reviewers without a seat. Approval Links let the CEO or legal approve from a phone, with a password and an expiry of 7, 30 or 90 days.

AI that has read the brand book, and still asks permission

Every brand keeps its own tone, language and time zone. Connect Claude or ChatGPT and it plans to your content pillars, writes in the brand's style, and drops everything into the approval queue.

  • A pillar mix it sticks to, like 40% education, 30% product, 30% behind the scenes.
  • Style learned from real posts, and corrections remembered for next time.
  • Drafts, not surprises. With approvals on, AI posts wait for your approvers like anyone else's.

Social media automation for teams, answered

What is social media automation for marketing teams?

Letting software do the repeatable parts of a team's week while people keep the judgment: blog posts and new products turned into drafts, evergreen posts that repeat, videos sent on from one network to the others, comments answered with DMs, reports emailed on schedule, and AI that drafts in the brand's voice. In RobinReach all of it feeds one calendar with roles and approvals, so automation never means losing control.

How do approvals work in RobinReach?

Turn on approvals for a brand (Thrive and Scale) and switch on “Can approve posts” for whoever signs off. Admins and approvers schedule directly; everyone else sends posts for approval. Approvers are notified, and approving a post schedules it for the time it was set for. Sending one back keeps your note and emails the writer, who edits and sends it again.

Can people outside the team approve without a seat?

Yes, with an Approval Link (Thrive and Scale). Your CEO, legal team or a partner opens the link, types their name once and approves or sends back each post, and you see who reviewed what. Links can have a password and expire after 7, 30 or 90 days; five wrong passwords lock a link for 15 minutes.

What roles are there?

Account admins see every brand and manage the team. Brand managers run a brand's posts, profiles and settings. Social media managers work only on the profiles assigned to them. Client members can connect their own profiles but never see your calendar or reports. Approving is a separate switch you give to the people who sign off.

How many people can we add?

Bloom includes 5 people, Thrive 15 and Scale an unlimited number, at one flat monthly price. People who only review through an Approval Link don't count.

Can we run several brands, regions or locations?

Yes. Each brand workspace keeps its own profiles, tone, language, time zone, approvals and reports, and the All brands page compares them side by side. Bloom includes 5 brands, Thrive 15 and Scale an unlimited number.

What can RobinReach automate?

RSS feeds into drafts or scheduled posts, Shopify, WooCommerce and Etsy products into drafts, recurring posts, repurposing from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, Comment to DM on Facebook and Instagram, weekly or monthly PDF reports, bulk CSV uploads, and anything your own systems or AI do through the REST API, the n8n node or MCP.

Will AI follow our brand guidelines?

Each brand has its own tone, language and time zone, and RobinGen writes in that tone. Connected to Claude or ChatGPT, RobinReach also keeps a content pillar mix (for example 40% education, 30% product, 30% behind the scenes), learns the brand's style from recent posts and remembers your corrections. AI drafts can go straight into the approval queue.

How do we report to leadership?

Schedule weekly or monthly PDF reports for a profile or a whole brand, with your logo, accent color and a “Prepared by” line, emailed at the hour you choose. Each brand can have 5 schedules on Thrive, each to 5 people, and 25 on Scale, each to 10. Scale also removes the RobinReach footer.

How secure is RobinReach for a team?

A brand can require two-factor authentication for everyone in it. Roles keep each person to their brands and profiles, Approval Links open only the posts waiting for review and are stored as one-way hashes, and you can revoke any link instantly. See the Trust Center and GDPR pages for the details.

Is there an API?

Yes, from Bloom: a REST API, an n8n community node, and an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and other MCP clients, all naming the brand on every call.

What doesn't RobinReach do for marketing teams?

It doesn't do social listening, run paid ads, or offer SAML single sign-on. The Engage inbox handles comments on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Threads rather than DMs, and threads can't be assigned to teammates. Reports have no audience demographics or competitor benchmarks. Better you hear it here than after the rollout.

Give your team one calendar and a clear yes

Start free, invite the team, and turn on approvals when you move to Thrive. Your reviewers will never need a login.
