Which Facebook links work?
Links to a public Reel (facebook.com/reel/), Reel share links (facebook.com/share/r/), Facebook Watch links with a video ID and fb.watch short links. Photos, Stories and posts without a video aren't supported.
Does the download have a watermark?
We don't add one. You get the Reel as Facebook serves it. If the creator put a watermark into the video itself, such as one from another app, it stays in the file.
What quality do I get?
The best quality Facebook has for that Reel, usually HD, with its sound.
Does it work on iPhone, Android and a computer?
Yes, in any up-to-date browser and with no app. On iPhone, Safari saves it to the Files app: open it there, tap Share, then Save Video to add it to Photos. On Android it goes to your Downloads folder and shows up in your gallery. On a computer it goes to your Downloads folder.
Can I download private Reels?
No. Only public Reels work. Reels shared with friends or in private groups stay private.
Do you keep the Reels I download?
