  2. Write it, add photos or video

    Write a message of up to 4,096 characters, or add photos and video with a caption of up to 1,024. Several files go out as one album.

  3. Pick the moment

    Choose a day and time in your brand's time zone, on the same calendar as your other networks.

  4. It lands in the channel

    At that time RobinReach posts the message or album to your channel or group, and the calendar shows it as published.

How do I connect a Telegram channel or group?

Add @robinreach_bot as an admin of the channel or group. Then open Telegram Web, copy the ID from the address (it starts with a minus sign) and paste it, or the whole link, into RobinReach. RobinReach checks the bot is an admin and connects.

Can I schedule posts to Telegram groups as well as channels?

Yes. Channels and groups connect the same way, with @robinreach_bot as an admin, and each one appears as its own profile in the composer.

How long can a Telegram post be?

A text message can be up to 4,096 characters. With a photo or video attached, Telegram limits the caption to 1,024 characters, and the composer checks that before you schedule.

Can I post an album of photos?

Yes. Attach several photos or videos and RobinReach sends them as a Telegram album, with your caption on the first one. Photos and videos are sent as separate albums.

What photo and video formats work?

Photos in JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF up to 10 MB, and video in MP4 or MOV up to 60 minutes long. RobinReach checks each file when you attach it.

Is there a limit on how often I can post?

RobinReach publishes up to 25 posts a day to each Telegram channel or group. See the daily limits for every network.

What Telegram numbers does RobinReach report?

The member count of each connected channel or group, on the same report card as your other networks.

Can I delete a post from the channel later?

Yes. Telegram is one of the networks where deleting a published post in RobinReach also removes it from the network itself.
