RobinReach's Auto DM watches the comments on your Facebook Page and Instagram posts. When a comment contains one of your trigger words (up to 25 per automation, with single words matched loosely so "guide" also catches "guides"), or on any comment if you prefer, the commenter gets a private message from you, and optionally a public reply under their comment so everyone else sees the word works. Each person gets the DM once per automation. On Facebook it fires on any Page post, including posts you never scheduled through RobinReach.
The DM can carry your link as a button, go out right away or up to 24 hours later, and on Instagram check that the commenter follows you before it hands over the link. Anyone who got the link but never opened it gets one reminder, and with the follow gate or reminder on, each automation counts who got the link and who opened it.
The difference from everything else here is what surrounds it. The same account schedules to 13 networks, writes captions and images with AI, repurposes posts between platforms, keeps an inbox for comments on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube, and for Google reviews, and lets Claude or ChatGPT run the calendar over MCP. There is no per-contact meter anywhere in the product: you pay for a plan, and the plan includes a number of automations.
Pros
- No Active Contact or DM cap. A viral post costs the same as a quiet one
- Facebook Pages and Instagram, with a link button, a follow gate on Instagram and one reminder for people who don't open the link
- Included in the plan you would buy for scheduling anyway, from $9 a month
Cons
- One DM per person, not a chatbot: no branching flows, email capture or AI conversations, and the follow gate works on Instagram only
- No WhatsApp, TikTok, Telegram or SMS messaging
- Not on the free plan, and the number of automations is capped per plan (3, 10, 30 or 100)
Bottom line: If a comment-to-DM trigger is the reason you pay for ManyChat, RobinReach does that job on Facebook and Instagram with no contact math, and replaces your scheduler in the same move.
