We may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our Site. Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. International Data Transfers

Our application and database are hosted in the United States. Media files are stored in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden). Where personal data from the EU, EEA or UK is transferred to the United States or other countries, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where applicable).

Third Party Services

RobinReach, LLC uses YouTube API Services as a service provider, and if you use these services through our platform, you are subject to the Google Privacy Policy. RobinReach, LLC's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How Long We Keep Your Data

When you delete your account, we deactivate it straight away and permanently delete your personal data from our systems within 90 days. Copies in our backups are deleted within 90 days as part of our regular backup cycle. We keep a limited set of records for longer only where the law requires it, such as billing and tax records.

Your Data Protection Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. If you would like to exercise these rights, you can do so by contacting us directly at support@robinreach.com. Please note that if you request the deletion of your information, this may affect your ability to use the Site and/or services. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
