Bring your own AI
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex over MCP and let them plan and schedule across your channels from a normal conversation. Publer has no equivalent.
RobinReach bundles your profiles into one flat plan, adds real content repurposing and a comment inbox, and is the only one of the two that lets Claude or ChatGPT run your calendar for you. Publer is a solid budget scheduler, and it charges you for every social account you add.
Most teams are publishing from RobinReach the same day they sign up.
Publish natively to 13 networks
RobinReach is built for the point where a scheduler stops being enough: a fourth account that costs you nothing to add, comments answered in the same tab, and Claude or ChatGPT running the calendar for you. Publer works fine for a solo creator with two or three accounts who never plans to reply to a comment inside the tool or hand scheduling off to an AI. Past that, the bill scales against you and the gaps start to matter.
Credit where it is due.

The gaps that send people searching, and how RobinReach closes them.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex over MCP and let them plan and schedule across your channels from a normal conversation. Publer has no equivalent.
RobinGen writes captions and RobinPixel generates images inside RobinReach. On Publer's Professional plan you supply your own OpenAI API key and pay OpenAI separately.
Turn one idea into platform-native variants automatically, reformatted for each network. That is a different job from Publer's recycle and reshare.
Reply to comments on your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Threads posts from one inbox. Publer has no social inbox, so engagement means opening each app.
Send a password-protected approval link with an expiry date. The client reviews and approves in a browser, with no account and no extra charge.
RobinReach plans come with 2 to 200 profiles, so the bill stays the same as you connect more. Publer charges for each extra social account.
Side by side, no fluff. Last checked September 2026.

Comparison compiled by the RobinReach team from each product's public documentation and pricing pages. Publer may have shipped changes since September 2026. Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we will fix it.
Both tools look cheap at three accounts. The gap opens as soon as you add a fourth, because only one of them charges you for it.
Publer, priced per social account
Every account after that is billed separately.
RobinReach, profiles included
Paid plans include 5, 15, 40, or 200 profiles at one flat price.
Publer figures checked against publicly listed pricing in August 2026 and shown for orientation only. Publer sets its own prices and may change them, so confirm on publer.com/pricing before you decide.
Every scheduler has an AI button that drafts a caption you then paste somewhere. RobinReach ships a Model Context Protocol server, so Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex connects to your account and does the whole job: plans the week, writes each post for the network it is going to, and schedules it. You review the queue.
On Publer: there is no MCP server, no agent connector, and no API for an AI to schedule through.

RobinReach takes one source and rebuilds it for each destination, so the caption, format, and length suit the network it lands on rather than being copied across unchanged. Publer's recycling reposts the same content again later.
On Publer: recycling and resharing repeat a post you already wrote, on the same network.

Create an approval link for a client, protect it with a password, and give it an expiry date. They open it in any browser, read the queue, and approve or reject with a comment. No account to create, no seat to pay for, and no access to the rest of your workspace.
On Publer: approvals are a team feature on higher plans, and reviewers work inside Publer rather than from a link.
Nothing to export, nothing to rebuild by hand. Most teams publish the same day.
Email or Google, about thirty seconds. No credit card, and nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
One-click OAuth for all 13 networks. Connect as many as your plan includes, with no per-account charge.
Bulk-upload a CSV, or use Social Import to pull posts from your existing profiles. Captions, media, and publish times come with them.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex over MCP, or use RobinGen inside the composer, and plan a full week in one sitting.
Keep Publer running while you compare. When the RobinReach queue looks right, switch Publer off and stop paying per account.

I run multiple businesses, so having a strong social media presence is crucial, but I don't have time to be online all day. I loaded all my accounts and scheduled an entire month of content in one sitting. One dashboard, one session, zero platform switching.
I've looked far and wide but never before found a repurposing tool like this. RobinReach is more intuitive and easier to use, and has lots of other powerful features including AI integration. When I found a small glitch, the team arranged a fix immediately.
RobinReach is super easy to use and makes scheduling content a breeze. I love how intuitive it is. You just get in, get your content done, and move on. The customer support is also fantastic, quick and helpful responses every time.
I absolutely love RobinReach. It's made managing social media so much easier and far more organized. What I find most helpful is being able to manage multiple social media platforms from one place, instead of constantly switching between different apps.
I've been researching social media scheduling tools for over 2 years, and I've tried many of the well-known names. Most were way out of my price range. The software is user-friendly, smooth and reliable, and the customer service is absolutely outstanding.

Yes, particularly if you are growing. RobinReach matches Publer on scheduling, calendar, bulk upload, and RSS, then adds a unified comment inbox, real content repurposing, client approval links, and the ability to hand the work to Claude or ChatGPT over MCP. Plans include a bundle of social profiles rather than charging per account.
A few things, worth knowing before you switch. Publer supports a slightly longer list of networks, including some RobinReach does not cover, and it includes a link in bio page that RobinReach does not offer at all. Neither touches the two things that compound as you grow: per-account billing, and having no way to hand scheduling to an AI.
It depends on how many accounts you run. Publer is priced per social account, so a three-account setup is inexpensive and a fifteen-account setup is not. RobinReach charges a flat plan price with profiles included, so the bill stops climbing as you connect more. Both have a free plan, and RobinReach's has no cap on how many posts you schedule.
No. Publer has no unified inbox for replying to comments, so engagement means opening each network separately. RobinReach has a unified comment inbox covering Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Threads comments. It does not cover direct messages on any network.
Yes. RobinReach runs a Model Context Protocol server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and other MCP clients can plan, write, and schedule across your channels from one conversation. MCP access is included from the Bloom plan up, the same gate as the REST API. Publer has no equivalent.
Yes. Bulk CSV import and Social Import bring your scheduled content across with captions, media, and publish times intact. Most teams keep both tools running for a week, compare the queues, then switch Publer off.
For client work, yes. Brand workspaces keep each client separate, approvals run through password-protected links that expire, so a client never needs an account or a paid seat, and you can export PDF reports at the end of the month. Publer's approvals are a team feature on higher plans and reviewers work inside Publer.
Thirteen: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, WordPress, and Google Business Profile. Publer's list is a little longer, so check the specific networks you need are on it — the gap tends to be niche or regional networks, not the ones most teams actually post to.
There is no monthly cap on scheduled posts. The free Seed plan covers two social profiles and one brand, with per-network daily limits that exist to keep your accounts inside each platform's own rules. Publer's free plan allows ten scheduled posts in total across three accounts.
No. If a link in bio page is something you rely on, Publer includes one and RobinReach does not. Plenty of teams run a dedicated link in bio tool alongside RobinReach, but it is a fair reason to stay where you are.
No. The free plan needs an email address and nothing else, so you can connect a profile, schedule a few posts, and compare it against Publer before you decide anything.
Unlike Publer, RobinReach lets Claude or ChatGPT write, schedule, and publish across all your channels through one MCP connector.
