Character limits

Will it fit? Check every network at once

Each network has its own limit, from a few hundred characters to tens of thousands. Type or paste a post and see where it fits. The limits come straight from the composer, so they match what RobinReach checks.

142 characters Fits 13 of 13 networks

This counts every character, emoji included, the simple way. Some networks count links or special characters differently, and the composer checks each version against its network before anything is scheduled.

Calendar

A week you can pick up and move

Every scheduled post sits on one calendar. Drag a post to another day and it reschedules. Go ahead, try it on the example below.

  • Drag to reschedule

Moving a post on the calendar changes when it publishes. Open it to edit, or duplicate it for another day.

  • Your brand's time zone

Times follow the time zone set on each brand, so 9:00 means 9:00 where your audience is, wherever you are.

  • Best time to post

Suggestions come from the engagement on your own past posts, not an industry average.

Network options

One post, with every network's own settings

The shared post covers most of it. Where a network has its own rules or extras, the composer shows them, and only for the networks you picked.

Instagram

Post to the feed, as a Reel or as a Story, with the extras Instagram supports.

Post, Reel or StoryChoose the format per post. Stories publish the photo or video as it is.
Reel titleAdd a title when you post a Reel.
First commentKeep hashtags or a link out of the caption and in the first comment.

Threads and first comments

Write a thread for networks that support them, or add a first comment to keep the caption tidy.

How threads work

Fix it after it is live

Delete a published post from the network itself on Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, YouTube, Telegram, Mastodon and WordPress.

Reliable

Built so posts actually go out

A scheduler is only as good as its worst Friday morning. This is what happens behind the calendar.

  • Checked before it is queued

Length, media and required fields are checked for every network when you schedule, so problems show up while you can still fix them.

  • Retried after a hiccup

If a network has a brief problem, publishing tries again on its own, and never sends a post twice.

  • A clear status per network

Each version shows whether it published. If a network refuses one, you see why and can fix it and try again.

  • Warnings before it matters

When a connection needs refreshing, RobinReach tells you, so the next post does not fail quietly.

How it works

From an empty calendar to a published week

Three steps, and only the last one repeats.

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts

Link the networks you post to. Plans range from 2 profiles on the free plan to 200.

  2. 2

    Write once, adjust per network

Type the post, attach media and check each preview. Change only the versions that need to differ.

  3. 3

Pick a time and let it go

Schedule it in your brand's time zone, and RobinReach publishes every version on time.

FAQ

Publishing questions, answered

Which networks can I publish to?

All 13 of them: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile, Telegram and WordPress, all from the same composer.

Can I change the post for one network only?

Yes. Write the post once, then open any network's version and edit it on its own. The others stay as they are, and each keeps its own preview and character count.

What are the character limits for each network?

They range from 280 on X to tens of thousands on WordPress. The checker on this page lists every one, using the same limits the composer enforces.

Does the calendar use my time zone?

It uses the time zone set on each brand, so a 9:00 post goes out at 9:00 for your audience, wherever you happen to be.

Can I schedule many posts at once?

Yes. Upload a CSV with the text, media and times and RobinReach creates the posts for you. Bulk scheduling comes with the Bloom, Thrive and Scale plans.

Can someone approve posts before they go out?

Yes. Turn on approvals for a brand and posts wait until a teammate with approval rights signs them off. Approvals come with the Thrive and Scale plans.

Can I post threads or a first comment?

Yes. Add follow-up posts as a thread on the networks that support threads, or a first comment on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. See how threads work.

What happens if a network rejects my post?

Most problems are caught before scheduling, when the composer checks every version. If a network still refuses a post, that version is marked as failed with the reason, so you can fix it and publish again.

Is there a daily limit on posts?

The free plan publishes up to 20 posts a month, and paid plans have no monthly cap. Each network also has its own daily limit, listed on the daily post limits page.

Can AI help me write and schedule?

Yes. RobinGen writes drafts inside RobinReach, and you can connect Claude or ChatGPT to plan and schedule whole weeks from a chat.
