To ensure the best posting experience and maintain compliance with social media platform guidelines, RobinReach implements daily posting limits for each social network. These limits help prevent spam, maintain account health, and ensure optimal engagement for your content.
Important Note: The rolling 24 hours are calculated in UTC timezone. Limits reset at midnight UTC each day.

How X (Twitter) Limits Work
X works differently from every other network. In 2026 X moved to a pay-per-use API, so every post, and especially every post with a link, carries a real cost on our side. To keep X available without passing that full cost on to you, daily posting limits apply and X is offered from the Bloom plan upward.
- Daily limits are per connected X account. A Thrive user with 3 accounts gets 12 tweets per day on each account, counted independently.
- Bloom includes 1 connected X account with up to 5 posts per day. Thrive includes up to 3 connected X accounts with up to 12 posts per day on each. Scale includes up to 10 connected X accounts with up to 15 posts per day on each.
- X is not available on the Seed and Sprout plans, where the cost per post makes it unsustainable.
- X analytics are disabled across all plans because of X read API costs. Posting stays fully supported within your plan limits.
- Existing connections are grandfathered. If you already connected more X accounts than your plan allows they keep working, but you cannot add new ones beyond your limit, and daily limits still apply to every account.
Why Do We Have Daily Limits?
While most social networks don't explicitly limit daily posts (except Twitter), we've implemented these safeguards to maintain quality and prevent abuse. There's a fine line between automation and spam, and these limits help ensure your content strategy remains effective.
- Prevent spam and maintain account authenticity
- Ensure compliance with platform community guidelines
- Optimize resource allocation and system performance
- Maintain high engagement rates for your content
- Protect your accounts from potential platform penalties
What Happens When You Reach the Limit?
If you try to schedule or publish more posts than the daily limit allows for a specific platform, you'll receive an error message preventing the post from being created. The system will notify you that you've reached the daily limit for that platform.
What Can You Do?
- Schedule the post for the next day when the limit resets
- Remove or reschedule one of your existing posts for that day
- Spread your content across multiple days for better engagement
- Focus on quality over quantity in your posting strategy
Need Higher Limits?
We understand that some organizations may have unique posting requirements. If you're an established news media company, verified government agency, or publicly owned service, we can review and potentially waive these limits for your specific use case. Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What timezone are the daily limits calculated in?
All daily limits are calculated using UTC timezone. The limits reset at midnight UTC each day.
Q2: Do limits apply per account or across all my accounts?
Limits apply per individual social media profile. If you have multiple Facebook pages, each page has its own daily limit.
Q3: Do draft posts count towards the daily limit?
No, only scheduled and published posts count towards your daily limit. Draft posts can be saved without affecting your limits.
Q4: Are limits different on weekends?
No, the daily limits are the same every day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Q5: Do immediate posts count towards daily limits?
Yes, posts published immediately count towards your daily limit for that day.
Q6: Why is X (Twitter) rate limited?
X moved to a pay-per-use API in 2026. Unlike other platforms, every post, especially posts with links, carries a cost on our end. The daily limits let us keep X support available without passing the full cost on to you.
Q7: Why is X not available on Seed and Sprout?
The API cost per post makes it unsustainable to include X on lower tier plans. X is available from Bloom onward.
Q8: I already have more X accounts connected than my plan allows. Will they stop working?
No. Existing connections are grandfathered and will continue to work. You just will not be able to connect additional X accounts beyond your plan limit. Daily tweet limits apply to all accounts regardless.
Q9: What happens when I hit my daily tweet limit?
Any posts scheduled beyond your daily limit will fail with a clear error message telling you the limit has been reached. Limits reset every day at midnight.
Q10: Are X (Twitter) analytics still available?
X analytics have been disabled across all plans due to X read API costs. Posting is fully supported within plan limits.
Q11: Can I upgrade to get higher X limits?
Yes. Upgrading from Bloom to Thrive increases your daily limit from 5 to 12 tweets per account and allows up to 3 connected X accounts.
