Your catalog fills the calendar. You keep the final say.

No feed files, no copying product details by hand. Here is exactly what happens after you connect a store.

  1. Paste your store's address. Shopify, WooCommerce or Etsy. RobinReach reads the public product feed, so there is no app or API key.
  2. It checks four times a day. Or press Sync now right after you add something.
  3. Each new product becomes a draft. Written in your brand's tone, under 270 characters, with up to three product photos and the link.
  4. Drafts land in your posting slots. The next free day and time you've chosen, never more than two product posts a day. Try it on the right.

Store sync is on Bloom and up. Etsy drafts arrive without a time, ready for you to place.

“Link?” gets the link. Every time.

A lot of your comments are people asking how to buy. Pick the words they use and RobinReach sends the product link privately on Facebook and Instagram, so nobody waits for you to wake up. Ask it something.

Ecommerce social media, answered

What is the best social media management tool for ecommerce?

One that keeps up with your catalog for you: new products turned into posts, comments that send shoppers the link, a link in bio that works like a storefront, and reports that show which posts brought people in. RobinReach does that across 13 networks, with Shopify, WooCommerce and Etsy sync from Bloom, and it starts free.

Does RobinReach connect to my Shopify store?

Yes. Paste your store's address and RobinReach reads its public product feed, so there is no app to install and no API key to create. It checks four times a day, and you can press Sync now whenever you add something. A password-protected storefront can't be read until it's open.

Does it work with WooCommerce and Etsy?

Yes. WooCommerce stores are read through WooCommerce's public Store API, and Etsy shops through the shop's RSS feed. Each new product becomes one draft post, written in your brand's tone with up to three product photos and the product link.

Will it post my products without asking me?

No. Products arrive as drafts, labelled with the store they came from. Shopify and WooCommerce drafts are pencilled into your brand's posting days and times, never more than two product posts a day; Etsy drafts wait without a time. Review and schedule them one by one, or schedule all your drafts at once when you have at least 5.

Can shoppers get the product link by commenting?

Yes. With Comment to DM, anyone who comments a word like “link” or “price” on your Facebook Page or Instagram posts gets your message privately, and RobinReach can reply publicly too. Each person gets one DM per automation. Sprout includes 3 automations, Bloom 10.

Can my link in bio show products and prices?

Yes. Bio Page cards hold a photo, a title, a short description, a price and a button to any product page, next to links and post grids that fill with what you publish. It is free on every plan; traffic sources, top blocks, countries and devices come with paid plans.

Can I see which posts and links bring people in?

From Bloom, reports rank your top posts across eleven networks and show your best time to post. Your Bio Page counts views and clicks (and, from Sprout, which blocks get them), and connecting Bitly or Switchy shortens links over 60 characters in your posts and tracks their clicks.

Which plan do I need for an online store?

Store sync starts on Bloom, $24 a month for 15 profiles, 5 brands and 5 people, with reports, recurring posts and bulk upload. Sprout, at $9, already has Comment to DM and the full Bio Page analytics.

Can I run more than one store?

Yes. Each brand workspace connects its own Shopify, WooCommerce and Etsy store, with its own tone, time zone and profiles. Bloom includes 5 brands, Thrive 15 and Scale an unlimited number.

What doesn't RobinReach do for ecommerce?

It doesn't tag products in Instagram or Facebook posts, update a post when a price or stock level changes, run ads or attribute sales. AI captions show prices as plain numbers, without a currency sign. The Engage inbox handles comments, not DMs.

Your next product deserves more than one post

Start free, connect your profiles, and add your store on Bloom when you want new products to write their own posts.
