Numbers from the networks you actually use

Every network shares different numbers. RobinReach reads what each one's own API returns, keeps that network's names for them and lines them all up on one screen.

Stories are left out, because Instagram gives them none of these numbers.

Post numbers cover the posts you publish through RobinReach. Telegram and WordPress are for publishing only: their connections share no post numbers, so they have no report.

Inside a report

One report, five ways to read it

Every card follows the period you pick and measures it against the period before, so a busy month never passes for a good one.

See the shape of the period, not just the total

One chart with tabs for engagement, impressions, followers, posts published and engagement rate. View it by day, week or month, split it by network or profile, and lay the previous period over it.

  • Drag across the chart to zoom in
  • Click a day to see the posts behind it
  • Download any chart as an image or a CSV
Emailed reports

Set it once. The report shows up every Monday.

Pick weekly or monthly, the hour and who gets it. RobinReach builds the PDF in your brand's language and time zone and emails it, with your logo on the cover.

Weekly or monthly

A weekly report covers the 7 days up to yesterday. A monthly one covers the last full calendar month.

Your brand on the cover

Your logo, accent color and a "Prepared by" line on every PDF. On Scale you can also hide the RobinReach footer.

One profile or the whole brand

Send each profile's report to the person who runs it, and the whole brand to the client.

For agencies

Every client brand, side by side

The All brands page lines up every brand you manage over the same period, sorted by engagement or by any column you pick, with the combined total underneath.

Each brand keeps its own plan

A brand without advanced reports is shown as locked and adds nothing to the totals.

One click into any brand

The right numbers for each person

Social media managers see only the profiles assigned to them, and clients never see reports.

Good to know

The details, in plain words

How fresh the numbers are, whose time zone they follow and what is left out.

How fresh the numbers are

A new post gets its first numbers within about a day. It is read again daily for 3 days and weekly up to 60 days, and YouTube videos and pins monthly up to a year. On Scale, posts in their first 12 hours refresh every 6 hours.

Your time zone

Days, charts and the best time heatmap follow your brand's time zone, so Monday means your Monday.

Follower history

RobinReach saves each profile's followers once a day, which builds the growth chart over time. A profile connected partway through a period adds only what it gained since.

Posts from before RobinReach

On Scale, import the posts a profile published in the 90 days before you connected it, on 9 networks, so your first report starts with history.

What it does not do

No audience demographics and no competitor benchmarking. Reports cover your own profiles, using each network's own numbers.

FAQ

Analytics questions, answered

Which social networks does RobinReach analytics cover?

Eleven: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn Pages, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon and Google Business Profile. LinkedIn personal profiles are not covered, because LinkedIn does not share their post numbers. Telegram and WordPress are for publishing only.

Which numbers will I see?

Engagement (likes, comments, shares, reposts, quotes and saves added up), impressions, reach or views, followers, posts published and engagement rate, plus each network's own numbers, such as saves on Instagram, pin clicks on Pinterest or calls on Google Business Profile.

How is the engagement rate worked out?

Engagement divided by audience, times 100. Audience is the first of impressions, reach or views that the profile has numbers for. On pages that combine profiles, each profile is divided by its own audience.

How does the comparison with the previous period work?

Every figure is measured against the period of the same length just before it, so 30 days are compared with the 30 days before. A report counts the posts published in its period, each with its latest numbers.

Can RobinReach email reports to my clients?

Yes. Schedule a weekly or monthly report for one profile or the whole brand, at the hour you choose in your brand's time zone. Each email carries the PDF with your logo, accent color and "Prepared by" line. Each brand can have 2 schedules on Bloom, 5 on Thrive and 25 on Scale, sent to up to 3, 5 and 10 people each.

Can I export reports to PDF or CSV?

Yes. Export the overview or any profile's report to PDF, and download a profile's daily numbers or top posts as CSV. Any chart can also be saved as an image. Each brand can make 10 downloads a day on Bloom, 30 on Thrive and 100 on Scale.

Which plans include analytics?

Every plan, the free one included, shows each connected profile's live totals. Period reports, charts, best time to post, exports and emailed reports are on Bloom, Thrive and Scale. Bloom covers the last 92 days, Thrive the last 183, and Scale any dates up to a year at a time.

Do reports include posts I did not publish through RobinReach?

Post numbers cover the posts you publish through RobinReach. On Scale you can also import the posts a profile published in the 90 days before you connected it. Posts published elsewhere after connecting are not included. Follower counts always cover the whole account.

How often do the numbers update?

A new post gets its first numbers within about a day, then updates daily for 3 days and weekly up to 60 days. On Scale, posts in their first 12 hours refresh every 6 hours. Followers are saved once a day, and the live totals on each profile card come straight from the network.

Does RobinReach show audience demographics or competitor numbers?

No. Age, gender and location breakdowns are not part of RobinReach, and neither is competitor benchmarking. We would rather say so here than have you find out after signing up.

Can I ask Claude or ChatGPT about my analytics?

Yes. Connect RobinReach to Claude or ChatGPT on Bloom, Thrive or Scale, then ask for a profile's numbers over any period your plan covers, your top posts, or this week against last week.

What about X (Twitter) analytics?

X followers and growth are included from Bloom. Likes, reposts, replies, quotes, bookmarks, impressions and top posts for your X posts are on Scale, read 1, 3 and 7 days after each post goes out.
