Thank you! Here's the link: riverside.example/give. Every $25 is a week of groceries, and Crumb & Crust doubles it today.

291 people messaged so far

Comments with “give”, “donate” or “volunteer” get the DM, and each person gets it once.

Comment to DM is on Sprout (3 automations) and Bloom (10). Every other comment lands in Engage for a normal reply.

Volunteers write. The director signs off from her phone.

Hand the Saturday crew the profiles they post to and nothing else. Turn on approvals and their drafts wait for a yes. Board members review on a link, without an account.

  • No shared passwords. Each volunteer gets their own login and only the profiles assigned to them. Remove them in a click when their season ends.
  • Approvals that schedule. Approving a post schedules it for its time. Sending it back emails the writer your note.
  • Two-factor for everyone. A brand can require it for every member.

Team members from Bloom (5 people, 15 on Thrive). Approvals and Approval Links on Thrive and Scale.

Help first, then the ask, in one link

Your Bio Page puts the people you serve first and supporters a tap away from your giving page. Free on every plan, and it shows which link gets tapped.

  • A donate card. A photo, an amount and a Donate button, pointing at the giving page you already use.
  • Your latest posts, added by themselves. Every post you publish through RobinReach lands in the grid.
  • Know what people tap. Views, clicks and click rate on every plan; top blocks, sources and countries from Sprout.

Small teams, in their words

I've been researching social media scheduling tools for over 2 years… Most of them were way out of my price range.

Nonprofit social media, answered

What is the best social media management tool for a nonprofit?

One a small team can run without help: plan a whole campaign on one calendar, let volunteers draft without handing over passwords, get sign-off from the director's phone, and send the donate link to everyone who asks for it in the comments. RobinReach does that across 13 networks, starts free, and charges flat monthly prices rather than per person.

Do you offer a nonprofit discount?

There is no separate nonprofit price list. Seed is free for 2 profiles and 20 posts a month, Sprout is $9 a month for 5 profiles, and Bloom is $24 for 15 profiles and 5 people. Plans are flat, so adding a volunteer never adds a fee until you outgrow the plan.

Can volunteers help without our passwords?

Yes. Invite them as team members (from Bloom) and give each one only the profiles they look after. They never see your social media passwords, a brand can require two-factor authentication for everyone, and you can remove someone in a click when their season ends.

Can our director approve posts before they go out?

Yes, on Thrive and Scale. Turn on approvals and volunteers' posts wait until someone with “Can approve posts” signs them off. Board members or a communications lead without an account can review through an Approval Link from their phone.

How do we plan a Giving Tuesday campaign in RobinReach?

Schedule the whole run on one calendar weeks ahead: the announcement, partner posts, the countdown and the thank-you, each tailored for every network. Add a Comment to DM automation for “give” so the link reaches everyone who asks, and put a donate card at the top of your Bio Page.

Can people get the donation link by commenting?

Yes. Comment to DM sends a private message to anyone who comments a trigger word like “give” or “volunteer” on your Facebook Page or Instagram, and can reply publicly too. Each person gets one message per automation. Sprout includes 3 automations, Bloom 10.

Can our link in bio take donations?

Your Bio Page links to the donation page you already use. Add a card with a photo, an amount and a Donate button, put your services first, and see which link gets tapped (from Sprout). RobinReach doesn't process payments itself.

Can we send reports to our board or funders?

From Bloom, schedule a weekly or monthly PDF with your logo, colors and a “Prepared by” line, emailed at the hour you pick. Each brand can have 2 schedules on Bloom, each to up to 3 people, and more on Thrive and Scale.

Can AI help us write impact stories?

Yes. Set your tone once, for example “warm, hopeful, never guilt-tripping”, and RobinGen writes in it. PostWave (from Sprout) turns a blog post or annual report link into a set of draft posts, and you can pull free photos from Unsplash or designs from Canva right in the composer.

Which networks can a nonprofit use?

Thirteen: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, WordPress and Google Business Profile. Bluesky, Mastodon and Threads reach a lot of mission-driven people, and Telegram works for community channels.

What doesn't RobinReach do for nonprofits?

It isn't a donation platform or a donor database: it doesn't take payments, track how much a campaign raised, or manage donors. The Engage inbox handles comments rather than DMs, and reports don't include audience demographics. Better you know now.

Your next campaign, planned in an afternoon

Start free, connect your profiles, and put the whole campaign on one calendar before the first volunteer shift.
