How do I post to Telegram with Claude?

Add @robinreach_bot as an admin to your channel or group and connect it in RobinReach. Then add RobinReach to Claude as a custom connector with the URL https://robinreach.com/mcp/v1/messages, sign in, and ask Claude to post.

Why does the bot need to be an admin?

Telegram only lets bots post to channels where they are admins, so the bot needs permission to post messages there.

How long can a Telegram post be?

A text message can be much longer than a caption under a photo or video. The exact limits are in the rules above, and Claude checks them before scheduling.

Can Claude see Telegram views?

No. Telegram does not give apps post statistics, so views stay in the Telegram app. Claude can still list what was posted and when.

Can ChatGPT post to Telegram too?

Yes. Add RobinReach to ChatGPT as a custom MCP server and it gets the same tools.
