What it does, and what it doesn't

  • Your voice is learned per network, so LinkedIn can stay a little more formal than Instagram if that's how you already write.
  • Corrections stick. Tell your AI once that you prefer shorter captions or no exclamation marks and it is saved to the brand.
  • Each brand has its own voice. Agencies can switch between clients without one client's tone leaking into another's.
  • Your AI learns from posts that are already in RobinReach. On a brand new account it starts from the tone in your brand settings, and gets closer to you as you publish.
  • It writes like you, but you still decide what goes out. Read the drafts before you schedule them.

Can I train ChatGPT on my brand voice?

How does Claude learn how I write?
It asks RobinReach to analyse your recent posts on each network: length, tone, openings, emoji, hashtags and how often you ask questions. That profile is saved to the brand and read back whenever it writes for you.

Will it remember my corrections?
Yes. When you tell it you prefer shorter captions or no hashtags on LinkedIn, it saves that as a rule for the brand and network, and follows it in later chats too.

I manage several brands. Will the voices get mixed up?
