What it does, and what it doesn't
- Comments only. Direct messages are not part of the inbox on any network.
- Your AI only answers what you ask it to. Tell it what to leave for you, like refunds, complaints or anything legal.
- Likes work on Facebook Pages and LinkedIn. Instagram and Threads comments can be answered but not liked this way.
- X comments are not in the inbox yet.
- Replies go out at up to 10 a minute per brand, so a long list takes a few minutes.
- If comments from an account you connected a while ago don't show up, reconnect that account once so RobinReach can read them.
- Want an automatic reply whenever someone comments a keyword? That's Comment to DM, for Facebook Pages and Instagram.

Can ChatGPT reply to my Instagram comments?
Yes, once ChatGPT is connected to RobinReach. Ask it to go through your comments and it reads them, writes replies in your voice and posts each one under the right comment. The same works for Facebook, LinkedIn and Threads.
Does it reply automatically, all day long?
No. It works when you ask, in a conversation, so you decide when and what it answers. Many people ask once in the morning and once in the evening. For an instant automatic reply to a keyword, use Comment to DM.
Can it answer direct messages?
No. The RobinReach inbox covers comments on your posts. Direct messages are not part of it on any network.
Will it answer comments I would rather handle myself?
Only if you let it. Tell it what to skip, like refunds, complaints or press questions, and it will leave those and tell you which ones it left.
Which networks does it cover?
Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn and Threads. X comments are not in the inbox yet.
