Plan November for Clay & Co. on Instagram, LinkedIn and Threads, four posts a week. Mix tips, studio life and new pieces, use photos from our library and write in our voice.

What it did in RobinReach
  1. Read your recent posts to learn how Clay & Co. writes
  2. Saved your mix: half tips, a quarter studio life, a quarter new pieces
  3. Checked what is already booked in November
  4. Looked up your posting times for each network
  5. Picked a photo from your library for each Instagram post
  6. Wrote 17 posts and checked every version against each network's rules
  7. Scheduled all 17 on your calendar

Done. November now has 17 new posts around the 2 you already had: tips on Mondays and Fridays, studio life on Tuesdays and new pieces on Thursday evenings. Every Instagram post has a photo from your library. Want me to change anything before they go out?

What your AI uses to do it

Your assistant brings the thinking and the writing. RobinReach gives it hands: these are the parts of RobinReach it works with to get this done.

  1. Your AI assistant

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Codex or Cursor. You brief it the way you would brief a person, and it decides which RobinReach actions to take, in what order.

    Connect yours in two minutes
  2. Brand voice

Captions sound like your last posts: the same length, the same warmth, the same hashtag habits on each network.

  3. Content pillars

Half tips, a quarter studio life, a quarter new pieces. Saved to the brand, so next month follows it too.

  4. Content calendar

Reads what is already booked so the new posts fit around it, and can move any of them later.

  5. Best times to post

Uses the posting times saved for your brand, plus each network's usual peak hours.

  6. Media library

Opens your library photos and picks one that fits each Instagram caption.

  7. Publishing to 13 networks

Writes a version per network, checks each against that network's rules, then schedules them all.

Good to know

What it does, and what it doesn't

  • You stay in charge. Every post sits on your RobinReach calendar, where you can edit, move or delete it before it goes out. Prefer to check first? Ask for drafts and schedule them yourself.
  • Your content mix is saved to the brand as pillars, so next month you can simply say plan next month.
  • Timing comes from the posting times saved in your brand settings and each network's usual peak hours, not from your engagement history. The heatmap in Reports shows when your audience reacts, if you want to set your times from it.
  • Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest posts need an image or video. Your AI uses your media library, free Unsplash photos or AI images, which count toward your plan's AI image allowance.
  • Up to 20 posts go in per request. For a bigger month your AI simply sends them in batches.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can ChatGPT plan and schedule my social media posts?

Yes, once ChatGPT is connected to RobinReach. On its own it can only write text in the chat. Connected, it can save your content mix, check your calendar, pick photos from your library and schedule each post in RobinReach, which publishes it to each network at the set time.

Can Claude make a social media content calendar?

Yes. Ask Claude to plan a week or a month and it builds the calendar inside RobinReach, not in a document you have to copy from. Each post lands on its day with a version for each network, and you can drag it somewhere else in RobinReach if plans change.

Will the posts sound like me?

Before writing, your AI reads your recent posts and follows how you write on each network: length, tone, emoji and hashtags. When you correct a post, it saves that preference for next time.

Does anything go live without me seeing it?

Scheduled posts go out at their time unless you change them, so look over the calendar first, or ask your AI for drafts and schedule them yourself. Assistants connected to RobinReach are also told to ask you before publishing anything immediately or deleting a post.

How many posts can it plan at once?

As many as you need. It creates up to 20 posts per request and keeps going until the month is full. The Bloom, Thrive and Scale plans have no monthly post limit, though X has its own daily limit per account.

Which RobinReach plan do I need for this?

Connecting Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant is included in the Bloom, Thrive and Scale plans. You can start on the free Seed plan and upgrade when you are ready to connect your AI.
