Quick answers

Do I need a paid AI subscription?
Claude has a free tier that works with Desktop. Claude.ai (web) custom connectors are available on Pro. ChatGPT Connectors require Plus/Pro/Team/Enterprise. Codex CLI and the OpenAI API only need API credits.

Is my data safe?
Yes. Your AI calls RobinReach via your private API key over HTTPS. Nothing is stored on Anthropic's or OpenAI's servers beyond the conversation, and Robin only ever touches the brand connected to that key.

Will it post without my approval?
Only if you ask it to. By default, you can also have it save everything as drafts so you review and schedule manually.

What if I'm on Seed or Sprout?
AI integrations require Bloom or Thrive (same gate as the API). Upgrade in Settings → Plans and your existing API key starts working in every supported AI immediately.

Can I revoke access?
Anytime. Regenerate or delete your API key in Settings → Brand and every connected AI loses access instantly.

Does it work with Claude.ai (web)?
Yes. Custom MCP connectors on Claude.ai are live for Pro users. Same endpoint and key as Desktop.

What about ChatGPT and Codex?
Both are supported. ChatGPT Connectors auto-discovers the robinreach tool the moment you paste the URL. Codex CLI uses the same mcp-remote bridge as Claude Desktop with a TOML config.

Can I use this in my own agent?
Yes — the OpenAI Responses API and the Anthropic Messages API both accept remote MCP tools natively. Drop the endpoint into tools with a Bearer header and you're done.
