Publishing

Write the Post Once. Publish It Everywhere.

One composer, thirteen networks, and a calendar that shows the whole week at a glance. RobinReach trims each version to its own limit, checks the media, and sends it at the time you picked.

What the composer actually does for you

Not a list of promises. These are the checks and tools that run before a post leaves the queue.

One per network

Each network keeps its own character limit, its own media rules and its own preview, so a post never publishes in a shape the network refuses.

Why RobinReach

Posting by hand does not scale past about three networks.

Every extra channel adds another login, another set of rules to remember, and another chance to publish the wrong crop at the wrong hour.

Posting network by network

Thirteen tabs and a spreadsheet

The same caption is pasted and trimmed by hand for every network.
A post fails at publish time because the image was the wrong size or format.
The plan lives in a spreadsheet nobody else on the team keeps up to date.
Reaching a different time zone means being awake for it.
With RobinReach

One draft, thirteen outputs

Write once, then adjust only the versions you actually want to differ.
Media is checked against each network's rules before the post is queued.
The calendar is the plan, and everyone on the team is looking at the same one.
Pick the hour that suits your audience, not the one that suits your alarm clock.
How It Works

From an empty calendar to a published week

Three steps, and only the last one repeats.

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts

Authorize the networks you publish to. How many profiles you can connect depends on your plan, from 2 on the free plan up to 200.

  2. 2

    Write once, adjust per network

Type the post, attach the media, and check each preview. Change only the versions that need to differ, then add a first comment if the network takes one.

  3. 3

Pick a time and let it go

Drop the post on the calendar in your own time zone. RobinReach publishes it, retries transient failures, and tells you if a network refuses it.

Features

Everything between the idea and the published post

Previews, media checks, a real calendar, bulk imports and approvals, in one place.

One composer, thirteen networks

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, WordPress and Google Business Profile, from the same draft.

+7

See it the way they will

Every selected network gets its own live preview and its own character count, so you catch the awkward line break before your audience does.

A calendar you can actually move things around on

Drag a post to a different day, open it, edit it, duplicate it. The week is the plan, not a list of rows.

Nothing goes out before it is approved

Turn on approvals and a post waits for a named approver. Clients and teammates review the exact draft, not a screenshot of it.

A whole month from one file

Upload a CSV and RobinReach creates the posts, keeps the media, and drops them on the calendar at the times in the file.

Post when your audience is actually there

Best Time to Post reads the engagement on your own past posts rather than a generic industry chart, then suggests the hours that worked for you.

Or hand the whole week to your AI

Connect Claude or ChatGPT over MCP and describe the week in plain language. It drafts, picks the networks and schedules.

Plan next week for Instagram and LinkedIn, three posts each, and schedule them at my best times.
Beyond publishing

Publishing is the middle of the job, not the end

The media it uses, the repeats it triggers and the numbers it produces all live in the same place.

Media that is already there

Attach anything from your library without hunting through a downloads folder, then reuse it across brands and networks.

FAQ

Publishing questions, answered

How many social networks can I publish to?

Thirteen: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, WordPress and Google Business Profile. How many individual profiles you can connect depends on your plan, from 2 on the free plan up to 200.

Can I change the caption for one network only?

Yes. Write the post once, then open the version for any network and edit it on its own. The other versions stay as they are, and each keeps its own character count and preview.

Does the calendar work in my time zone?

Yes. Times are shown and scheduled in the time zone set on the brand, so 9am means 9am where your audience is, whichever country you happen to be in.

Can I schedule a lot of posts at once?

Yes. Upload a CSV with the text, media and publish times and RobinReach creates the posts and places them on the calendar. It shows the progress of the import as it runs.

Can someone approve posts before they publish?

Yes. Turn on approvals for the brand and a post sits at pending approval until a member with approval rights signs it off. Once approved it publishes at its scheduled time on its own.

What happens if a network rejects my post?

The post is marked failed with the reason the network gave, in plain language rather than an error code, so you can fix the caption or the media and reschedule it. Most format problems are caught before that, when you attach the file.

How does Best Time to Post work?

It reads the engagement on posts you have already published through RobinReach and suggests the hours that performed best for that profile. It is your own data, not a generic industry average.
