The core promise

We never see or store your passwords

When you connect a social account, you are never asked for that account's password. We use a secure, industry standard method called OAuth. Watch what happens when you click connect.

Why it matters: because we never hold your password, there is nothing on our side to leak. And you can cut off access yourself in seconds.

Will it get my account banned?

The short answer is no. RobinReach publishes the approved way that platforms build for scheduling tools, and respects their posting limits. Accounts get flagged by the things we deliberately never do.

What is an API?

An API, short for Application Programming Interface, is an official doorway that a company like Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok builds so approved apps can talk to it safely.

Think of it like the front desk of a hotel. Guests do not wander into the kitchen. They make requests at the desk, which is built exactly for that. RobinReach makes its requests at the official desk each platform provides, and never sneaks in through a side door.

The risky way we avoid

Some tools log in as you and pretend to be a browser. Networks watch for this and may block accounts that use it.

How your data is protected

Least privilege access

Only the team members who genuinely need access to support you can reach personal data, and that access is limited and logged.

Billing is processed by Stripe, a certified payment provider. RobinReach never sees or stores your full card number.

Security questions, answered

Can RobinReach see my social media password?

No. You log in on the platform's own page, and the platform gives us a limited access key instead of your password. We never see, type, or store it.

Can RobinReach post without my permission?

RobinReach only publishes the posts you create, schedule, or approve. The access you grant is limited to the actions you allow, and you can revoke it at any time.

What happens to my accounts if I stop using RobinReach?

Nothing. Your social accounts were always yours. Cancelling simply stops future scheduled posts, and disconnecting revokes our access instantly.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell your personal data. We use only the data needed to run RobinReach and work with a small set of vetted infrastructure providers.

Where is my data stored?

On reputable, access controlled cloud infrastructure hosted in the European Union, protected by encryption in transit and regular backups.
