We never see your passwords, we publish only through official platform APIs, and your data is encrypted and protected. Here is exactly how RobinReach keeps your social accounts safe.
How we protect you
You log in on the platform's own page. RobinReach only ever receives a secure access key, never your password.
We publish through the approved Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube APIs. No browser automation, no scraping.
Every connection to RobinReach is protected with HTTPS and TLS encryption, so your data stays private in transit.
Add an authenticator app to your RobinReach login for a second layer of protection on your own account.
Your data is stored on access controlled cloud infrastructure hosted in the European Union, with regular backups.
Connect and disconnect any account in one click. Revoking access is instant, and you can delete your data whenever you want.
When you connect a social account, you are never asked for that account's password. We use a secure, industry standard method called OAuth. Watch what happens when you click connect.
Why it matters: because we never hold your password, there is nothing on our side to leak. And you can cut off access yourself in seconds.
Choose the network you want to link, like your Facebook Page or LinkedIn profile.
We send you to the network's own login page. You type your password there, never on RobinReach.
After you approve, the network gives us a limited token. It can post for you, but it is not your password.
Disconnect inside RobinReach, or from the network's settings, at any moment.
The short answer is no. RobinReach publishes the approved way that platforms build for scheduling tools, and respects their posting limits. Accounts get flagged by the things we deliberately never do.
Plain English
An API, short for Application Programming Interface, is an official doorway that a company like Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok builds so approved apps can talk to it safely.
Think of it like the front desk of a hotel. Guests do not wander into the kitchen. They make requests at the desk, which is built exactly for that. RobinReach makes its requests at the official desk each platform provides, and never sneaks in through a side door.
We use the platform's API, the front desk built for tools like ours. Monitored, rule based, and fully supported.
Some tools log in as you and pretend to be a browser. Networks watch for this and may block accounts that use it.
Under the hood
All traffic between you and RobinReach travels over encrypted HTTPS and TLS connections, so it cannot be read in the middle.
Your data lives on reputable cloud infrastructure hosted in the European Union, with strict access controls and regular automated backups.
Sensitive values, such as the keys behind two-factor authentication, are encrypted before they are stored.
Your RobinReach account password is stored as a one way hash using bcrypt, so even we cannot read it.
Only the team members who genuinely need access to support you can reach personal data, and that access is limited and logged.
Billing is processed by Stripe, a certified payment provider. RobinReach never sees or stores your full card number.
Your login
Turn on 2FA with any authenticator app to require a second code at login.
Repeated failed login attempts temporarily lock the account to stop guessing attacks.
Approve the devices you use so you are alerted to logins from anywhere else.
Invite your team with granular roles, so people only get the access they need.
You decide what RobinReach can touch and for how long. Connect an account when you want our help, and disconnect it in one click when you do not, which revokes our access right away. Export or permanently delete your data at any time. For the full picture, see our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and GDPR page.
No. You log in on the platform's own page, and the platform gives us a limited access key instead of your password. We never see, type, or store it.
RobinReach only publishes the posts you create, schedule, or approve. The access you grant is limited to the actions you allow, and you can revoke it at any time.
Nothing. Your social accounts were always yours. Cancelling simply stops future scheduled posts, and disconnecting revokes our access instantly.
No. We do not sell your personal data. We use only the data needed to run RobinReach and work with a small set of vetted infrastructure providers.
