Questions

Image resizer questions

What is RobinFit?
RobinFit is a free image resizer for social media. You upload one image, pick your networks and it makes every size those networks use for posts, stories, covers, thumbnails and ads.
Which networks and sizes does it make?
Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Google Display, 24 sizes in all. Pick only the networks you need and you get only their sizes.
Does it crop or stretch my image?
Neither. Your whole image is scaled to fit each size. Where the shape differs, a dark border fills the space. Each size is saved as a high-quality JPG.
Which files can I upload?
PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 10 MB. If the file is any other type or larger, the page asks you to pick another image.
Is RobinFit free?
Yes. Without an account you can resize one batch, with as many networks as you like. A free account lets you resize 25 batches a day, and paid plans get 25 a day.
Do you keep my image?
To resize it we upload it to our image host. Hosted copies are deleted automatically within 10 days.
How do I save the results?
Each size has a Save button. If your browser can't save it directly, the image opens in a new tab so you can save it from there.
Can RobinReach post the resized images for me?
Yes. Upload your image to RobinReach once and schedule it to 13 networks from one calendar.

Why image size matters on social media

Every network shows pictures in its own shapes: square and tall feed posts, vertical stories, wide covers, thumbnails and ad banners. An image that is the wrong shape gets cropped by the network, often in the worst place.

  • Prepare one launch image for every network at once
  • Make a YouTube thumbnail and a Pinterest pin from the same picture
  • Get a story-sized and a feed-sized version of a product photo
  • Fit a banner to Google Display sizes

RobinFit fits your picture to each shape without cropping it. You keep control of how it looks, and you don't have to remember a single pixel size.

Only resize images you own or have the right to use.
