Where does the video go?
- Safari saves it to Downloads in the Files app.
- Open the video there and tap Share.
- Tap Save Video to add it to Photos.
- Chrome saves it to your Downloads folder.
- It also shows up in your Gallery or Google Photos.

- It's saved to your Downloads folder.

Yes. Downloads are free: 1 a day without an account, 2 a day with a free RobinReach account and 5 a day on any paid plan.
Which YouTube links work?
Links that start with youtube.com/shorts/ followed by the Short's ID. Regular videos, live streams and youtu.be links aren't supported.
Does the download have a watermark?
We don't add one. The MP4 is the Short itself, with any text or logo the creator put in the video.
What quality do I get?
An MP4 with sound, in HD when YouTube has it for that Short.
Does it work on iPhone, Android and a computer?
Yes, in any up-to-date browser and with no app. On iPhone, Safari saves it to the Files app: open it there, tap Share, then Save Video to add it to Photos. On Android it goes to your Downloads folder and shows up in your gallery. On a computer it goes to your Downloads folder.
Can I download private Shorts?
No. Only public Shorts work. Private videos stay private.
Do you keep the Shorts I download?
No. The file passes through our server so it can reach you, and it's deleted within 10 minutes.
