    Get your RobinReach API key

    Open Settings → Brand, scroll to Connect Claude, then click Copy API Key. (Bloom or Thrive plan required. Same key powers the API.)

    Open Claude Desktop config

    In the Claude Desktop app, go to Settings → Developer → Edit Config. This opens claude_desktop_config.json.

    Don’t have Claude Desktop yet? Download it free.

    Paste & restart

    Paste the config to the right. Replace YOUR_API_KEY with the key you copied. Save the file, restart Claude Desktop, and say hi to Robin.

    Claude will say hi as Robin. Try: “What’s scheduled this week?”

FAQ

Quick answers

Do I need a Claude subscription?
You need Claude Desktop installed (free). Pro or Team plans give you longer conversations and higher rate limits, but the free tier of Claude works for casual use.

Is my data safe?
Yes. Claude calls RobinReach via your private API key over HTTPS. Nothing is stored on Anthropic’s servers beyond the conversation, and Robin only ever touches the brand connected to that key.

Will it post without my approval?
It will only post if you ask it to. By default, you can also have it save everything as drafts so you review and schedule manually.

What if I’m on Seed or Sprout?
MCP access requires Bloom or Thrive (same gate as the API). Upgrade in Settings → Plans and your existing API key will start working in Claude immediately.

Can I revoke access?
Anytime. Regenerate or delete your API key in Settings → Brand and Claude loses access instantly.

Does it work with Claude.ai (the web app)?
Today the simplest path is Claude Desktop. Custom MCP connectors on Claude.ai are rolling out. When supported, the same endpoint and key will work there.
