RobinReach does not provide audience demographics or competitor benchmarking. The networks do not expose the same metrics as each other, so each report card shows what that network actually returns.

Why RobinReach

Eleven dashboards is not reporting. It is admin.

Checking each network's own analytics one at a time means you never see the whole picture, and a client report takes an afternoon of screenshots.

Native dashboards, one at a time

A different screen for every network

Each network has its own dashboard, its own date picker and its own idea of what a view is.
Comparing this month with last month means writing numbers down somewhere else.
A client report is a folder of screenshots and a lot of copying.
Nothing tells you which hour of the week actually worked for you.
With RobinReach

One screen, one period, one export

Every connected profile on one page, over the same date range.
Growth against the previous period is calculated for you, not worked out by hand.
Export the report to PDF and send it as it is.
Best Time to Post reads your own history and names the hours that performed.
How It Works

From connected accounts to a report you can send

Three steps, and the last one takes a click.

  1. 1

    Connect your profiles

Each network you authorize starts reporting its own numbers. Analytics are included on the Bloom, Thrive and Scale plans.

  2. 2

    Pick a period

Choose 7, 30 or 90 days, or set your own start and end dates. Every card and chart on the page follows the same range.

  3. 3

    Read it, or export it

Open a profile for its trend charts and per post figures, filter by network, and export the report to PDF when someone needs a copy.

Features

The numbers, and the context around them

Report cards per profile, trend charts, growth against last period, and a PDF at the end of it.

One card per profile, whatever the network

Followers, posts and engagement for each connected profile, laid out the same way so you can read across them instead of translating between dashboards.

+7

7, 30, 90 days, or your own range

Switch period and the whole page follows, cards and charts together, so nothing on screen is measuring a different window.

90days

Trends, not just today's total

Follower and engagement charts show the shape of the period, which is the part a single number hides.

Compared with the period before

Each figure carries its change against the previous window of the same length, so you can tell a good month from a busy one.

A PDF you can send as it is

Export the overview or a single profile's report to PDF, with the same numbers and charts you are looking at.

Ask your AI what happened

Connect Claude or ChatGPT over MCP and ask about the numbers in plain language instead of reading them off a chart.

Compare the last 30 days with the 30 before it and tell me what changed.

FAQ

Analytics questions, answered

Which networks does RobinReach report on?

Every network you connect. Each report card shows the metrics that network's own API returns, which is why a YouTube card shows subscribers and views while an X card shows followers, posts and likes.

What date ranges can I look at?

7, 30 or 90 days with one click, or any custom start and end date. The whole page follows the same range, so cards and charts always agree with each other.

Can I export a report for a client?

Yes. The overview and each individual profile report can be exported to PDF, with the same figures and charts you see on screen and the same date range.

Does RobinReach show audience demographics?

No. Age, gender and location breakdowns are not part of RobinReach, and neither is competitor benchmarking. We would rather say that here than have you find out after subscribing.

Which plans include analytics?

Reports are available on the Bloom, Thrive and Scale plans. The free Seed plan and Sprout cover scheduling and publishing but not the analytics screens.

How is growth calculated?

Each figure is compared with the previous window of the same length. A 30 day view is measured against the 30 days before it, so the comparison is like for like rather than against a fixed calendar month.

Where does Best Time to Post get its data?

From the engagement on posts you have already published through RobinReach for that profile. It is your own history, so the more you publish, the more specific the suggestion becomes.
