Essential includes 250, Pro 2,500, Business 7,500 and Advanced 25,000. The month a post goes viral is the month the bill jumps, whether or not those people bought anything.

Beyond the included contacts you pay $0.10 per extra contact on Essential, $0.05 on Pro and $0.025 on Business, added to the next invoice. You can set a cap, but once you hit it automations only keep running for people who were already active that month.

25 Active Contacts a month, 4 live automations, 2 channels, and a "Powered by Manychat" message on the first DM to every contact. Removing that message means a paid plan.

Channels, seats and API are metered too

Essential is 2 channels and 1 Inbox seat. WhatsApp, SMS, email and API access start on Pro at $39 a month, which includes 2 Inbox seats; extra seats are $25 each. Business is $99 a month and Advanced is about $199.
